Learning to drive with Jazz was a total game-changer. My last instructor was all about theory and not enough actual driving, which drove me nuts (I failed my test 8 years ago and hadn’t tried since). But with Jazz, I got loads of real driving practice around Heysham/Morecambe and improved super fast.
Jazz is tough on the big mistakes and picky about the little stuff, but that’s what you need to become a great driver. She was also really encouraging coming up to test day, which gave me the confidence that I was a good driver. Thanks to her, I passed my test with just one silly minor fault. A lot of people don’t know what minor faults they made when they fail until they’re told, but I finished with just one and knew exactly what I did wrong. No one’s perfect and you’re expected to make mistakes, but now, thanks to Jazz, I don’t need anyone to point out my mistakes – I can spot them myself!
