I’d failed my test around a year ago and hadn’t driven since before getting in the car with Jazz. She gently eased me into the first lesson to see how much I’d retained; taking me down calm roads then across town once both she and I were confident in my abilities. From there she took the time to address my concerns and brush up on areas I wasn’t fully confident with, ensuring to start each lesson with what I wanted to learn in that lesson then offering her own advice. I’ve already recommended her to friends, and would recommend her to others, as she was always calming and reassuring, yet created a comfortable environment even when I made mistakes. Safe to say I passed the second time round 🙂
